Processing
Orders leave within two business days. You will receive tracking as soon as the label is created.
Domestic delivery
Three to seven business days across the US, tracked and insured. Free over $150.
International
Seven to twenty-one days depending on customs. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Large home pieces
Items over 10 lbs are usually local pick-up only. Message before ordering and we will find a way.

Delivery estimates start once the parcel leaves, not when the order is placed.
Shipping questions
Yes for standard post. Expedited couriers need a street address.
Carrier scans can lag a day or two. If nothing changes after three business days, write to us and we will chase it.
If the parcel has not shipped, yes. Message immediately with the correct address.
