Write to us
Message within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what is coming back.
Pack it as it arrived
Unworn, unwashed, with any tags still attached. Original packaging where you can.
Send and get refunded
Post it back tracked. Refunds go to the original payment method within three business days of arrival.
What can be returned
Unworn clothing and accessories within 14 days. Home decor within 14 days if undamaged.
What cannot
Final sale pieces, intimates, earrings, and anything marked as-is or heavily discounted.
Exchanges
Because most pieces are one of one, exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.
Return questions
The buyer, unless the piece arrived damaged or was described incorrectly — then we cover it.
Send photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right, including a full refund if you prefer.
We refund within three business days of the parcel arriving. Banks then take a further three to five.
